Privacy Policy

BuildDeck collects the minimum information necessary:

• Email address — for account creation and sign-in.
• Service credentials (tokens and API keys) — encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Used solely to access data from your connected services.
• Display preferences — favorite and hidden project settings per account.

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• To access project and service data from your connected services on your behalf.
• To save your display preferences across devices.

We do not use your information for advertising or analytics profiling.

• Supabase — provides authentication and database storage for BuildDeck.
• Vercel, GitHub, Cloudflare, Render, RevenueCat, and App Store Connect — your credentials are used to call each service's API on your behalf. RevenueCat also manages BuildDeck Pro subscriptions.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to other third parties.

• Your service credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored.
• Decryption occurs server-side only when an API call is made on your behalf — never sent to your browser.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete everything at any time from Settings.

BuildDeck app → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, encrypted credentials, and all preferences.
